MEET THE ARTIST BEHIND THE BROWS | JAY SPLAIN

Jay is a desert native and has been living in the desert for 20+ years. With a passion for making people smile & work ethic like no other she was determined to combine her two life long passions of drawing and makeup to follow this rewarding career. From creating her first drawing portfolio book at 10 years old wanting to be a tattoo artist while also practicing makeup on anyone who would let her she decided to follow the path of becoming a cosmetic tattoo artist and have the best of both worlds.
